Today, this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo of Los Angeles, also known as E3, is over. There were a few incredible surprises, both bad and good. According to many, Sony has nailed it and utterly crushed both Nintendo and Microsoft. ESPECIALLY Microsoft. I think I'll surely buy a PS4, but regarding the Xbox One... Maybe. But I hope I can buy it so I can play Forza 5. For me, the best announced games in this year's E3 are:

Need for Speed Rivals
Platform: PS3, Xbox 360, PC, PS4, Xbox One
Release: November 2013
E3 trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=…
NFS Rivals is the latest release of the huge Need for Speed franchise. Developed by EA's new Swedish development base, Ghost Games, in collaboration with Criterion Games, it's available on all platforms of this generation (except the Wii U, which has, however, an upgraded version of Most Wanted 2012), and will be released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on November 19th, 2013. The release date for the PS4 and Xbox One are yet to be announced, but they're scheduled to be released as launch titles for both consoles.
The game is set in an open world called Redview County, and the gameplay combines the best features of Hot Pursuit 2010 and Most Wanted 2012. It features the Autolog system, like all of the latest NFS games, and the SpeedPoints from Most Wanted 2012. With Autolog, a new gameplay system becomes available: its name is AllDrive, and lets players join any multiplayer or co-op events without leaving single player. It also lets players seamlessly join each other during gameplay. The players can, for the first time after Hot Pursuit 2010, become an actual cop and arrest street racers. This is where the name of the game is from: "Rivals" stands for the eternal war between street racers and cops.
...Oh, and one other thing. FERRARI IS BACK IN NEED FOR SPEED. ;)

DriveClub
Platform: PS4 exclusive
Release: TBA 2013
E3 trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXeeDT…
DriveClub, developed by MotorStorm-famed Evolution Studios, is a PS4 launch title. Many people think of it as a brand new rival of Forza Motorsport, but Evolution Studios rejects it, as according to them, it isn't a sim-racing game like Gran Turismo or Forza. Not many things are confirmed in the game, but according to Studio Liverpool, it has tons of social features and is highly online-based. People can make their own online team with their friends and compete online against other teams. A track editor feature is also rumored to be in the game.
PlayStation Plus members can get the game for free as it comes out.

Forza Motorsport 5
Platform: Xbox One exclusive
Release: November 2013
E3 trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=…
Forza Motorsport 5 is the fifth game in the main Forza series (sixth including the spin-off Forza Horizon), and is an Xbox One exclusive. Developed by Turn 10 Studios in partnership with McLaren (their brand new hypercar, the P1, is the cover art car), it profits the Xbox One's always-online cloud technology to analyze the driving skills of the player and his friends and model the AI with these skills. This technology is called Drivatar and dates itself all the way back to the first Forza Motorsport. One of the confirmed locations is Prague, with a special street circuit appearing in the many trailers, and the Autovista from Forza Motorsport 4 has been upgraded to Forzavista: players can now explore highly detailed versions of every car in the game, and open-wheel race cars finally make their debut in the series.

Gran Turismo 6
Platform: PS3, with a possible release on PS4
Release: Winter 2013
E3 trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=…
The Real Driving Simulator is back! Gran Turismo 6 is the latest game of a series with a 15-year history and more than a dozen of games officially released. With well over 1200 cars available and more than 25 locations, a powered-up version of the track generator of GT5, a more entrenched career mode and the fantastic social perks of GT5, and even the ability to control your game progress even when not playing with special apps for smartphones and tablets, this will be the ultimate version of the ultimate sim-racing franchise. More new cars are added, such as the rally version of the Audi Sport Quattro, the KTM X-Bow R and the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3, and new venues have been confirmed, such as the Silverstone Circuit in the United Kingdom.

The Crew
Platform: PS4, Xbox One, PC
Release: Very early 2014
E3 trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4Jnsh…
Widely regarded as Ubisoft's answer to EA's Need for Speed, The Crew is amongst the most anticipated games, post-E3, and will be released in early 2014. Available in all next-gen platforms, in The Crew, players can create their own racing crew with their friends and do driving missions in co-op or make new rivals. A thing that makes the game very highly anticipated is its open world: the open world of The Crew is THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. That's no bogus, all of the USA is available for the drivers to explore, and according to Ubisoft, only New York City is as big as Liberty City in the Grand Theft Auto series. Now you can imagine how COLOSSAL the open world is. Players are able to customize their vehicle in looks and performance to adapt it for all needs: you are even able to strip the vehicle down to the BARE CHASSIS and modify any part and element of the car. The game has also a plot, interestingly for a racing game: you are a racing driver and, with your crew you created with your friends, are going to take over a criminal organization that is rooted in the entire USA.

So, on which game are you most excited? Comment!

The NFS Rivals is not really my love at first sight, but since I only have PC I take that! :D
The Crew sounds interesting. I take that as well for PC!
